At Functional Patterns, we are committed to providing the highest quality corrective exercise equipment and apparel to optimize your biomechanics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
